Thanks for taking the time to view some of our favorite projects through the years. In over a decade of being in business, we have completed so many different kinds of projects and had too much fun doing it. But our favorites to focus on these days includes designing and remodeling sororities, fraternities, bathrooms, kitchens, family rooms, tiny houses, and Airbnbs or other fully furnished rentals.

Chi Omega Fraternity Bath
Insta-worthy common areas guaranteed to make your days brighter. With the owner being a sorority alumni, we understand the depth of the importance of designing for maintenance in these high traffic spaces.

Chi Omega Fraternity Kitchen
Maybe our favorite custom kitchen designs for Brittany's alma mater at the Missouri University of Science & Technology. We designed this commercially functioning kitchen to remind the girls of home but we're hoping they start believing they live in a five star resort.

Night BnB
We had mirror image loft style apartments available in Midtown KC as our canvas, so we designed to create a night and day and they are topping the charts for Airbnb returns for our clients with the most income per square foot. Their success means we succeeded and just happens to also make our day.

Day BnB - Client Airbnb
Just in case you wanted to see the other half of the Night BnB from above :) With gold dripping off of marble accents, bright white, exposed natural brick, and natural wood tones, this half of the Day and Night BnB is always looking on the bright-side. We helped our clients become the top income producing Airbnb in their area.
